Vote For Your Favorite Classic Car Online; See It On Display For Real
The National Museum of American History has announced a unique attraction to classic cars' fans; they can vote online and the cars receiving the top most number of votes will be displayed in the museum in January and February 2011.
Also called the Smithsonian Institute and sometimes referred to as "America's Attic", the museum has taken this initiative as a public outreach program attract fans of classic cars during the relatively quiet time of the year in Washington. Roger White, Associate Curator of Road Transportation – Work & Industry at the museum added that this is the first time ever that this initiative is being taken by the museum.
This is a novel event that classic car fans are eagerly looking forward to.
